Increment and placement information for SCFA members
Salary increments effective July 1 are awarded on the basis of satisfactory evaluation. Employees will be advised by June 30th of their placement as of each July following. Employees who have not been advised by June 30th of an unsatisfactory evaluation shall receive salary increments for which they are eligible.

2023 round of bargaining — retroactive pay information
Below is a chart you can use to calculate the retro pay you are owed based on the 2023 round of bargaining. At the end of November 2023, you will receive a lump sum payment of the difference in salary scale dating back to April 2022.
